RepForge Privacy Policy

RepForge and Your Privacy

Last Updated: 18 August 2026

RepForge is designed to be private by default. It is a local-first app: your training data stays on your device, and we — Amico Labs Ltd (“Amico”, “we” or “us”) — do not collect it, receive it, or store it on our servers. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means.

The short version

  • Your workouts, exercises, body measurements and settings are stored on your device.
  • Nothing about your training is sent to Amico. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
  • If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is synced through your own private iCloud — not our servers.
  • RepForge does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email or contact details.

Data stored on your device

Everything you record in RepForge — workouts, sets and reps, exercises, templates, programs, body measurements, personal records and app settings — is stored locally on your device. This data stays under your control. You can delete it at any time from within the app, or by deleting the app, and you can export your entire history as a JSON file to keep a copy or move it elsewhere.

iCloud sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, RepForge uses Apple's CloudKit to keep your data up to date across your own Apple devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account. It is transmitted and stored under Apple's encryption and privacy protections, and it is not accessible to Amico. We never see it. iCloud sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn sync off at any time.

Apple Health

RepForge can, with your explicit permission, read from and write workout information to Apple Health. This exchange happens on your device between RepForge and the Health app; Health data is not sent to Amico. You can review or revoke RepForge's Health permissions at any time in the Health app or in Settings. If you never grant permission, no Health data is accessed.

Subscriptions and payments

RepForge Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we do not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple provides us only with aggregate, non-identifying sales and subscription reports. Your purchases are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

When you contact us

The only information that leaves your device to reach Amico is what you choose to send us — for example, if you email our support or feedback addresses (support@amico.software, bugs.repforge@amico.software or feature.repforge@amico.software). We use the contents of those messages only to respond to you and to improve the app, and we do not use them for advertising or share them for unrelated purposes.

No tracking

RepForge does not track you across apps or websites, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Because we do not track you, no App Tracking Transparency prompt is needed.

Children

RepForge is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed at children. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app or its App Store listing.
